How often does my deck need to be cleaned and sealed?
Decks, like all wood surfaces, need to be properly maintained on a regular basis. Before staining or sealing your wood needs to be conditioned by cleaning or brightening and pressure washing. This removes contaminants (like dirt) from the pores of the wood helping the stain\seal to penetrate more evenly and deeper into deck surface.
Why do I need a Professional Deck Cleaner?
It's hard to find the time to get the job done right. Without a proper method, you could be covering up dirt, mold/mildew and plating up old stain with more of the same. A professional service can give your wood surface the optimum protection against the elements.
